Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport

Was travelling on Kuwait airlines with connection onwards. Flight was at 4.30 am. Both my husband and I had to use the toilets before embarking on our flight. The toilets were really filthy with water all over the floor and no cleaning attendant in sight. My husband spoke to the Supervisor of the Company contracted to keep the toilets clean and he mumbled some excuse saying he could not find the attendants - guess they were all asleep somewhere. It leaves a bad impression on tourists and those visiting our country. This was not the case the last time I travelled which was in february of this year. Who is responsible?
