Kansas City international, once a thriving hub for TWA, is a shambles now. The airport claims to be undertaking renovations, remodels & repairs, but in 2 visits 12 months apart I saw absolutely zero improvements. The gate area (52) us the WORST passenger gate area I have EVER seen. There is ZERO pax amenities beyond security, no RESTROOMS,...
